**The Global Support Solutions (GSS) provides Finance & Accounting transactional & support services to the ISS UK business units. Core services provided cover Accounting (RtR), Customer billing, banking and reporting (OtC) and Accounts Payables activities (PtP). UK finance activities are performed across the UK (GSS Onshore and Sites) and Poland; utilising the Finance Service Centre (FSC) where ISS has insourced financial transactional activities to Gdansk.**

**Procurement to Pay (PTP) forms a significant & key component of the GSS service scope. The Account Management SME will act as the Subject Matter Expert supporting Nearshore to resolve complex supplier issues, payment escalations and provide support and re-education to Key Stakeholders. The GSS**
**Onshore Team is the key facilitation and interface between the UK business units and the Nearshore activity to ensure that the FSC works in harmony with the business. They will be the escalation point for Nearshore and the ISS Business to support investigation and resolution of any issues and providing root cause analysis to support best practice going forwards.
**Key Responsibilities**

**Maintain inhouse Reconciliation tool and tracker**
- **Actively manage Outgoing Legals (duplicate payments recovery)**:

- **Support Team Lead with the quarterly Balance sheet exposure and write offs**:

- **Fully reconcile and cleanse assigned complex accounts as per the Supplier Statement Rec (SSR) Policy**:

- **Re-educate Internal/external stakeholders on Invoice compliance to drive Right First-Time invoice submission**

**across multiple sub systems.**

**Respond to escalated Supplier, Nearshore and business PTP queries using the ISS query portal**

**Drive timely resolution with root cause to deliver to Prompt payment code (PPC)**

**Work with the Account Management Business Partner to deliver continuous improvement and support initiatives to maintain the integrity of the systems**

**Participation in Senior Group meetings and attendance at Operational / Finance Community meetings to drive down blocked invoice dashboard volumes**

**Support internal and external audit requests**

**Support the review and maintenance of SOP’s ensuring version controls are up to date**

**Take ownership of own development as a leader**

**Professional and personal competencies/qualifications**

***
**Accounts Payable / Procure to Pay experience is essential**
**Proven experience of query resolution**
**Detailed knowledge across Procure to Pay processes (ie, 3-way match)**
**Prior experience of working within an Onshore/Nearshore Finance Shared**
**Service Centre and similar role within a multi-site**
**Experience of having worked with an offshore environment (desirable)**
**Experience of working within Jira or similar ticketing systems would be**
**advantageous but not essential**
**Forward thinking, with tenacity and good analytical and communication skills**
**Works independently and as part of a team, to tight deadlines**
**Intermediate level of IT skills (incl. Vlookups and Pivot tables)**
