Widening Participation Coordinator

Applications are invited for the post of Widening Participation Coordinator.

This role will be based in the neaco (Network for East Anglian Collaborative Outreach) Central Team, part of the Cambridge Student Admissions and Access office. The University leads on this collaborative project involving five universities and eight Further Education Colleges around East Anglia. The team is responsible for ensuring that all partners are working towards shared objectives, and reporting to the Office for Students (OfS) on the project's progress.

The post-holder will have responsibility for the centrally coordinated neaco delivery projects, with a particular focus on pre-16 attainment raising programmes. You will assist with the planning, coordination and delivery of activities designed to develop key academic skills. In addition, you will work alongside the neaco Central Team to ensure that the overall neaco objectives are met and support our communications with our key stakeholders.

Agile and flexible working is possible. The postholder will be expected to spend some time in our offices in central Cambridge each week and may be required to travel to our partner sites across the East Anglian region.
