The Office for Institutional Equity (OIE) is the first department of its kind in the UK. It has specific responsibility for addressing inequalities within the institution by creating sustainable cultural changes that will positively impact the University community. **About the Job**

To work under the direction of the Senior EDI Officer and the Dean of OIE. To provide support and lead on OIE’s communication strategy and OIE social media coordination and monitoring. To lead and provide support on OIE events and activities. To provide support for the various staff networks at UEL.
