**Job Description**:
Due to continued growth, we are now seeking a **HR Administrator** to join our Human Resources team at our **Swadlincote** site.
As HR Administrator, you will assist the HR Business Partner in providing an effective, efficient HR service, encompassing the complete employee lifecycle. To take responsibility for processing weekly payroll, including management of the time and attendance system.

This is a full time, permanent position working **Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm** (some flexibility might be needed) offering a competitive salary and package with a forward thinking market leader.

**Job responsibilities of HR Administrator include**:

- To provide administrative assistance in the recruitment process, taking ownership of recruitment campaigns
- To issue Employee paperwork such as Offer letters, Principal Statements and leaver letters
- To conduct employee HR induction workshops
- To update and maintain paper and computer records
- To take ownership of administrative duties such as annual leave bookings, ordering consumables such as D+A tests, eyecare vouchers
- To administer the pension payments submissions, starters and leavers and auto-enrolment
- To respond to requests for information, both internal and external
- To review, monitor and liaise with line mangers regarding employee processes such as probationary reviews, return to work interviews etc
- To provide all first line advice and guidance to managers and employees on employee related issues where required and advise the HRBP of concerns or issues
- To manage the maintenance of the T+A system and payroll, liaising with line managers to resolve any queries.
- To manage the processing of weekly payroll, liaising with line managers to resolve any queries.
- Produce and monitor KPI’s
- Administer the occupational health provision
- To monitor employee absence levels and escalate cases to HR Business Partner

**Qualifications**:
As **HR Administrator** you will possess the following skill, experiences and qualifications:

- Previous experience in a similar role
- CIPD level 3 qualification preferable
- High level of accuracy
- Ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines
- High level of written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to recognise opportunity to enhance processes
- Good level of IT skills
