Artis Customer Contact are pleased to be supporting this exciting telecommunications technology distributor in their search for a Product Manager. The business has a strong history and is a market leader in delivering connectivity solutions that enable betterways of working. Reporting to the COO, this pivotal role will have the three primary areas of focus, product discovery, product planning and product development. Whilst owning the entire product lifecycle, you will bring better products to market in the future,improving product market positioning and market messaging.

Product Manager responsibilities and experience
- The ability to provide timely, thoughtful, and relevant competitive analysis and market research.
- Great at building strong and robust relationships both internally and with partners.
- Experienced in all phases of the product lifecycle, from strategy through to launching new, and managing existing product ranges.
- Have a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth.
- Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners.
- Ability to develop product pricing and positioning strategies whilst translating product strategy into detailed requirements.
- Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact.
- Drive product launches including working with marketing team, executives, and other product management team members.
- Evaluate promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with product line strategy and that the message is effectively conveyed.
- Act as a product champion, build awareness and understanding internally and externally.

Experience as a Product Manager in the Telecommunications sector is highly advantageous.

This role offers hybrid working, with an option to work out of their locations in Oxfordshire and Newport, South Wales. The role has an excellent salary, bonus and benefits including pension, car allowance, 26 days holidays healthcare, supported career developmentpath and much more.
