Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Product Manager to lead the ongoing development and enhancement of our electronic communications surveillance product. As part of a larger Product Management team, you will oversee a team of skilled developers and play a pivotal role in the delivery of product releases, ensuring timely planning, resourcing, and issue resolution.

This role requires a hands-on leader who is not only adept at navigating the complexities of live-to-market products but also comfortable taking part in strategic discussions around roadmaps and team structures.


Key Responsibilities

Product Development and Delivery

  • Plan and oversee the delivery of product releases, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
  • Collaborate with developers to manage resources and resolve technical or operational issues as they arise.

Team Leadership

  • Lead a team of developers, fostering an environment of collaboration, accountability, and innovation.
  • Act as a liaison between the Head of Product and your team to communicate priorities and progress.

Roadmap and Strategy

  • Contribute to broader discussions around product roadmap development and team structure optimization.
  • Leverage market insights and user feedback to refine the product vision.

Stakeholder Communication

  • Keep internal stakeholders informed about product progress, key milestones, and challenges.
  • Ensure effective communication and alignment with cross-functional teams such as Sales and Marketing.

Issue Management

  • Triage and resolve ad-hoc issues swiftly to minimize impact on product performance.
  • Implement processes to proactively identify and address potential risks or bottlenecks.



Qualifications

Experience and Technical Skills

  • At least 3 years of experience in Product Management, with a proven track record in agile methodologies.
  • Experience in the surveillance industry or financial markets is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and lead product management teams.

Soft Skills

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Comfortable taking the lead of a small, cross-functional team and driving alignment across stakeholders.
  • Highly organized and able to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Education

  • A degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred. Equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
