**Fully remote - travel to the office once every 4-6 weeks (Edinburgh)**
**Up to £50,000**
Forward role are working with a well-known retail banking business who have built their success by not only having a great reputation and providing an excellent service but by bringing a new approach to personal finances and breathing new life into the industry.
They are creating a backbone of brilliance and are looking to add to their current talent of senior and specialist teams by offering the most premium of professional an opportunity for an across the board enduring impact in the business.
The main responsibility of the CRM Manager is to support the delivery of CRM campaigns across multiple channels and touchpoints, evaluate performance and implement test and learn initiatives to improve ROI.
**Responsibilities include**:
- Support the Senior CRM Manager to drive the vision for the CRM agenda across the business.
- Support the development of an integrated multi-channel relationship strategy, using insight to maximise customer value and brand loyalty, and ensuring the optimum mix of all direct marketing investment.
- Ensure that their CRM comms strategy is aligned to the needs of specific customer segments.
- Set measurable KPIs and objectives for all activity and ensure from the outset that these are built into their campaign design.
- Oversee campaign delivery end to end, creating briefing packs for all relevant parties including background analysis, strategy overview, project plans, communications brief, creative brief, data brief, analysis, and evaluation brief.
- Support the data science and analytics roadmap definition.
- Define clear KPIs for campaign success measurement.
- Work closely with our Data Science teams maximise the use of data (banking and wider group) Leverage customer behaviour insight, machine learning, modelling and segmentation to identify growth opportunities.
- Drive the ROI on all their targeting and communications strategy to maximise customer value and drive loyalty, identifying specific segment level targets and opportunities.
- Ensure an effective combination of channels and campaigns within the programme to optimise ROI.
- Work closely with the commercial team to define the product objective and agree the optimal way to support and deliver the business objectives.
- Build relationships with relevant business partners across the organisation encouraging open, transparent, and collaborative ways of working to ensure all stakeholders are fully engaged with the CRM & wider marketing plans.
- Response to commercial briefs with full CRM marketing plan with critical path and forecasts.
**Experience required**:
- Knowledge of working within an FCA regulated environment would be desirable.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Highly motivated and proactive.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to step back and see the bigger picture.
- Customer focused and empathetic.
- Proven experience in CRM/Direct channel marketing.
- Social media marketing an advantage.
- Experience in managing a team.
- Good knowledge around database marketing.
- Strong project management skills.
- Strong influencing and presenting skills.
- Ability to find creative solutions to problems.
- An understand of the financial services landscape.
- Strong communication skills.
