Swift Commissioning Management Ltd are seeking a full-time, hardworking Driver / Store person to work from our Mitcham store and on Central London sites.

Role is required to manage and repair water treatment equipment including minor pump repairs and stripping fitting down etc. Also there will be opportunity for ongoing training of Pre-comm Cleaning & HVAC Commissioning to BSRIA standards and to join our well-established Commissioning and Water Treatment Company. You will be in charge of transporting equipment to and from various construction sites, as well as keeping track of (and maintenance of) equipment / stock at our 2 storage facilities.

Site works are predominantly in Central London, often on prestigious projects, such as company HQ's, sports stadiums, hospitals etc.

This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of the development and growth of our expanding company. The successful applicant will be well rewarded with an excellent remuneration package and training will be provided.

Working hours are 40hrs / week (Monday-Friday). Weekend & Evening overtime is often available.

Ideally you will be mechanically minded and enjoys fixing and maintaining damaged components to a good standard. Ongoing training will be offered for: Installing or mapping vent or pipework, reading schematics and drawings, air and water balancing, water treatment and flushing, chlorination, WT chemistry (Full WT training on site).

**Requirements**:

- Driving Licence (essential)
- Handyman type practicality
- M&E background or a keen interest preferable
- Construction site experience
- Ability to use own initiative
- Good eye for detail
- Good computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Excel (Not essential)
- Flexible working approach

Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
