Skilled Laborer

**Location**:Eastfield's, Mitcham, Greater London.

**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
**General Construction Tasks**:

- Execute a variety of construction tasks, including but not limited to digging, trenching, and concrete mixing.
- Assist in the installation and removal of construction materials and equipment.
- Perform manual labor tasks as directed by supervisors

**Operate Machinery**:

- Safely operate a range of construction machinery and equipment, such as jackhammers, drills, and compactors.
- Follow proper procedures for equipment operation and maintenance.

**Material Handling**:

- Receive, store, and distribute construction materials, tools, and equipment.
- Ensure that materials are used efficiently and according to project specifications.

**Site Maintenance**:

- Keep construction sites clean and organized.
- Dispose of construction waste in accordance with environmental regulations.

**Safety Compliance**:

- Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations on the construction site.
- Report any safety hazards or concerns to the supervisor immediately.

**Collaboration**:

- Work collaboratively with other team members, including tradespeople, contractors, and supervisors.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and communicate effectively with team members.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience as a Skilled Labourer in the construction industry.
- Blue CS Labourer card
- Knowledge of construction procedures, tools, and equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
- Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor for extended periods.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Valid driver's license or reliable transportation.

**Experience**:

- Construction Labour: 3 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Blue CSCS (required)
- Driving Licence (preferred)
