Internal Sales and Office Administrator

Job Summary:
- Sales - Processing incoming orders, entering them on Sage, producing a work order where we are manufacturing, inputting the product onto the system when manufactured and dispatching off the system.
- Sales orders for purchased in products - processing and dispatching, purchasing product in accordance with the MOQ - getting authorisation for the purchase.
- General purchasing for goods and services and authorisation.
- Purchasing and sales of coated abrasive products, together with an understanding of the product base.
- Quotations for new products
- agreed by Sales manager and/or the Factory manager and if manufactured obtaining the bill of materials from the Factory manager.
- Backlog of sales orders - keeping this up to date, deleting dispatched product and adding new orders.
- Calling customers who have not ordered in the month or for several month prior to the current month.
- Dispatching orders on inhouse or alternative transport.
- Checking that customers’ financial accounts are up to date before dispatching.
- Understanding the export procedures.
- Understanding courier procedures and obtaining POD.
- Office administration duties.
Pay: £26,500.00-£29,000.00 per year
