We are looking for caring, friendly and reliable individuals with good communication skills who love helping others and who want to make a positive difference to the lives of our clients by providing the highest level of care for them to help them achieve maximum independence.

**Duties will include**:

- Motivating Clients to get the most out of their day
- Personal care
- Administering medication
- Assisting Clients with washing and dressing
- Shopping
- Housekeeping
- Meal preparation
- Taking Clients for appointments or outings

**Requirements of a Care Assistant**:

- Must hold a full and valid UK or EU/EEA driving licence and have access to own vehicle

Our clients depend on our team of home Care Assistant to help and support them with the activities of daily living in their homes, which is why you need to be a driver.

We support people in their own home across Colchester includingWest Mersea, Manningtree, Elmstead Market, Dedham Vale, Tiptree, Wivenhoe, Coggeshall, Halstead & Nayland and surrounding areas, so living locally is essential.
