MONCLER is opening a new location within Heathrow Airport Terminal 3 and are looking for a Senior Stock Controller to be part of the team. Senior Stock Controller at Heathrow takes on an impotent role to support store efficiency, stock management and colleaguesto deliver excellent customer experience.
**Responsibilities and tasks**:
**Business activities**:

- To drive the operational excellence being accountable for efficiency and accuracy of day-to-day Back of House (BOH) procedures and processes.
- To guarantee proper organisation and accessibility of merchandise in the Stock Room in accordance with Moncler directives and procedures (style, size, and colour).
- To ensure the implementation and execution of after sales service procedures to reach excellent results in terms of timing and manner.
- To support the implementation of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) initiatives and customers’ personal data collection to promote customer loyalty, with a focus on local clients
- To support colleagues in charge of providing the best service, taking care of all phases of the selling ceremony, when required.

**Operations activities**:

- To deliver all warehouse operations, in line with the highest standards of efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring, as a primary mission, that products are always and timely available for Clients
- Organise and maintain stockroom efficiently, monitor product rotations, new arrivals, and changes, enabling sales team to have all the information to perform an effective level of service to Clients
- To participate in all necessary operative activities to ensure store efficiency
- To deal with product replenishment and stock activities, managing stock cyclic counts, inventories, and stock room maintenance.
- To monitor any stock movements in the store and be the contact person regarding transfers in and out.
- To ensure counts are regularly conducted and any discrepancies are reported to your line manager
- To support all colleagues in charge of administrative activities
- To ensure that company policies, procedures and standards are always adhered to

**Team working activities**:

- To collaborate with the store team and to be engaged in Moncler’s vision and mission to strengthen Company’s Community and to work in a full integrated manner on a global scale, improving organisation and driving innovation as a team
- To support the management team in the development of the team using on the spot coaching and training,
- To actively participate in the training and development of new team members

About You
- Prior experience in luxury or premium retail, experience at Heathrow airport is a plus;
- Passion for retail, client service and luxury fashion;
- Excellent understanding of the luxury sector and product sensitivity;
- Fluency & sophistication in English and another language is a plus;
- Ability to communicate with colleagues and customers alike;
- Possess strong attention to detail;
- Ability to read and analyse sales and KPI reports;
- Ability to operate and use all equipment necessary to run the store.
