Sanctuary Personnel, an award-winning and renowned Recruitment Agency is looking for a Social Care Reablement Occupational Therapist to work either full/part-time based in Lowestoft.
The pay rate for this locum Occupational Therapist job is £32 per hour (Assignment rate) and is a 3-6 month contract.

**Main Duties**:

- Manage a potentially increasingly complex caseload, with support, prioritising work, allocating cases and managing your time to provide Occupational Therapy to adults with care and support needs living in their own homes
- Complete asset-based, face to face assessments with adults, and their careers, to address functional needs, and where appropriate care issues, considering available resources, reablement potential, as well as possible equipment and digital solutions
- Assess for specialist equipment with suppliers, considering various best value solutions including access to existing available stock

**Requirements of the Occupational Therapist**:

- Degree or equivalent within Occupational Therapy and HCPC registered
- Recent post qualifying experience working as an Occupational Therapist
