Water Hygiene Supervisor

**About the role**
Join Cornwall Housing in our exciting time of change with our new opportunity as our Water Hygiene Supervisor. In this role you will work to for ensure service delivery complies with current regulations, contract documentation, all working standards and directives whilst driving performance management and efficiency.
You will also have the responsibility of:
- Reviewing occupied and void properties to ensure Legionella control measures, risk assessment and remedial actions are undertaken and remain valid in accordance with The Water regs’, ACOP L8 and HSG 274.
- Analysing current compliance component/certificate/data information and processes
- Propose and implement solutions where change and improvement are required.
- Actively participate in the contract management and QC of existing contracts and new contracts where it has been identified that a programme of work is required to ensure and evidence regulatory compliance.
- Generate new contract documentation with the support of colleagues, clearly identify CHL’s Contract Requirements and delivery standards, complete a detailed works specification, identify reporting requirements/KPI’s, stipulate compliance component data capture and ICT system input to evidence regulatory compliance through process mapping, from start to finish, and reporting.

**About you**
We are looking for you to bring:
- A Relevant compliance related professional qualification and/or membership of a relevant professional body
- A Sound understanding of procurement processes, contracts, Health and Safety and risk management on different contracts and types of work.
- Experience of building relationships with regulatory bodies, external auditors and contractors and proven track record to develop your team
- Experienced and competent in the use of ICT systems, document management systems, spreadsheets, mobile working platforms, etc.
