An opportunity is available for a production administrator to join a well-established company in Romsey that offer a range of power protection products and services to a broad spectrum of industries and sectors.

This is a permanent role working Monday to Friday 09.00 to 17.30 with an hour for lunch. The salary is between £17,500 and £20,000 depending on experience.

The role will primarily involve supporting the production supervisor to organise the administrative areas of the manufacturing facility.

Main Duties:

- Filter incoming production calls
- Aid the production supervisor with production diary
- Ordering parts for production
- Organise delivery notes and test sheets
- overseeing stock take on bar code system
- Oversee production pictures and allocate to correct files, ensuring all production files are closed off with correct information
- Monitor returns units requiring repair
- Ensure company profile and image is maintained at the highest standard
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent organisation skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft excel
