**Customer Service Administrator | Temporary to Permanent | £11 an hour | Derbyshire**Cherry Professional are excited to be working with a leading client to recruit in their **customer service** department. You’ll be responsible for a variety of **general office administration** duties including taking **calls** from **customers**/**suppliers** and **contractors**, bookings for **hire** of meeting rooms and arranging the **trainers**. In addition the you’ll be required to print **certificates** and update **spread sheets** as well as the **CRM** where required.
Key Responsibilities:
Take inbound calls from **customers** to solve issues in line with agreed regulations, protocols and targets.
Deliver a high quality, **customer focused service** regarding the delivery of medications and associated supplies & services.
Deal with queries or questions regarding processing orders.
Act as a point of contact for queries from **consultants** and **specialists**.
To ensure all notes and activities are accurately recorded on relevant systems (**CRM**) and in compliance with **Data Protection** requirements and other applicable regulations.
Team players than works co-operatively with **colleagues** and aligns work effectively with other **departments**.
