**About The Role: Digital Marketing Assistant**

**Contract**: Full-Time | Permanent

**Location**:Remote, with some travel to events, conferences and staff development days.

**Responsibilities**
- Content Development: Create compelling and impactful content tailored to various digital platforms, aligning with our mission and engaging our audience.
- Content Scheduling: Manage and schedule content across all digital platforms, ensuring consistent and timely postings that maximise our reach and engagement.
- CMS Management: Utilise Content Management Systems (CMS) to update and maintain website content, ensuring accuracy and freshness of the material.
- Campaign Support: Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns, helping to analyse data and optimise strategies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the content creation and social media teams to align strategies and enhance our digital presence.

**Digital Marketing Tools**

We use a variety of digital marketing tools and would like you to have experience using some of the following:
**Required Experience**:

- Canva - For creating engaging graphics and visual content.
- Google Analytics - For tracking website traffic and user behaviour analytics.
- Agurapule (or other) - For social media management and scheduling.
- WordPress (or other) - Experience with this CMS for website content management and blogging.SEO Tools (like SEMrush or Moz) - For keyword research, SEO audits, and competitor analysis.
- Asana or Trello - For project management and team collaboration.

**Desirable Experience**:

- SEO Tools (like SEMrush or Moz) - For keyword research, SEO audits, and competitor analysis.
- Canva - For creating engaging graphics and visual content.
- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) - For advanced graphic design, photo editing, and video production.
- Facebook Ads / LinkedIn Manager - For managing and optimising Facebook advertising campaigns.
- Google AdWords - For PPC campaign management and optimisation.
- CRM Software (like Salesforce or HubSpot) - For customer relationship management and marketing automation.
