**Operations Leader - FNOL (First Notification of Loss)**
Are you ready to take the wheel and drive operational excellence? Join our dynamic Leadership Team as an Operations Lead within our Motor Claims FNOL Department. In this pivotal role, you’ll play a crucial part in shaping our Elevate strategy, ensuring seamless operations, and delivering exceptional service to our valued customers.
In this role you will constantly strive to improve working methods and processes within your department and be a huge change advocate. You will be responsible for the development, training and progression of direct reports, conducting reviews and driving performance outcomes.

**Main Responsibilities as Operations Leader - FNOL**:

- ** **FNOL Excellence: Lead the charge in new claim notifications, income generation, and precise claim cost management. Your focus will be on efficient and accurate claim capture, while effectively controlling AD (Accidental Damage) and Third-Party expenses through our supply chain.
- Income Generation: Drive revenue growth by identifying and capitalizing on new income opportunities. Accurate reporting and a continuous eye on income streams will be your forte.
- Champion of Change: Be the catalyst for positive transformation. Advocate for process improvements, champion innovation, and foster a culture of adaptability within your department.
- People Development: Nurturing talent is your superpower. Develop, train, and guide your direct reports, ensuring their growth and performance align with our organizational goals.
- Effective Communication: Bridge the gap between internal and external stakeholders. Your timely feedback and transparent communication will be instrumental in our success.
- Records Management: Maintain meticulous records in accordance with company procedures, ensuring compliance and accuracy.

**Qualifications and Skills you will need as Operations Leader FNOL**:

- ** **Proven experience in insurance claims, with a focus on FNOL operations.
- Strong analytical skills and an eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Passion for continuous improvement and adaptability.
- A high level of numeric ability to deal with budgets, data and workflow volumes.
- Well-developed written skills to deal with complex letters, report writing and Department plans.
- Knowledge of Excel & Word essential.
- Effective Project management, planning, and organisational skills.
