Global CTS are working with a financial services company who are recruiting for a Field Sales Executive, the role will predominantly be based on the road, but you will have odd days in the office for both administration and building your relationship withthe office based team. You will be talking to and building relationships with local businesses to sell insurance products as well as keeping ongoing relationships strong by meeting with clients and ensuring they are receiving a good service. You need to beable to demonstrate a strong sales background and the drive to succeed.

**Requirements**:

- Be able to communicate effectively, both in written format and verbal expression
- Be able to problem solve, use own initiative and judgement
- Demonstrate attributes of honesty, integrity, due skill, care and diligence at all times
- Possess good IT skills to use Microsoft programmes
- Develop and sustain effective working relationships where applicable with customers, the team and relevant staff
- Have basic knowledge of insurance
