The role of Sales Executive

Do you have at least 2 years' experience within insurance or other financial services?

Have you hit the ceiling in your current role? Need a new a new challenge?

Want to forge a career in the insurance industry but also have fun at the same time?

Our client is one of Oxfordshire's most successful insurance Agents.

A fantastic opportunity is available for an experienced Sales Executive to work in a field-based role undertaking a mixture of Sales Management and Business Development


You will be responsible for looking after all aspects of an existing book of clients and to grow sales while following company compliance processes, looking to cross sell other services / products where possible.


The position would suit a '2nd or 3rd Jobber' looking to progress their career within a "grown up " environment.

Minimum 24 months sales experience.

Good time management as will be working "on the road"
Attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
Be able to work as part of a team
