Family Divorce Solicitor

**Redditch**

**£38,000 to £45,000 per annum (negotiable in line with experience)**

We are working in partnership with a well-established multi-office regional law firm who are seeking an experienced Private Family (Divorce) Solicitor to join their busy, successful team, based at their Redditch office.

**This is a permanent job** offered with hybrid working if preferred (2 days at home/3 days in the office) and is very well supported by colleagues and support staff.

This position will suit a fully qualified solicitor or chartered legal executive with around 3 years' + PQE

**The role will involve**:

- Running a caseload of private family matters from start to finish
- |Advising clients on matters of divorce, separation agreements, financial remedy, cohabitation, children, and prenuptial arrangements.
- Liaising with clients and third party professionals
- Fully qualified status with 3 years'+ PQE
- Experience of handling a private family caseload of matrimonial matters

This is a **full time permanent job** which is offered with excellent potential for long term career progression.
