HR Assistant
Pertemps Glasgow are currently working with a fantastic company, based in Glasgow City Centre who are now looking to bring on an HR Assistant.
- £23,000 - £25,000
- Onsite
- Glasgow City Centre
Key
**Responsibilities**:
- General Management of HR services mailboxes, escalating any to the HR Manager and Director where required.
- Regular maintenance of employee records on HR systems, seeking to ensure improvement and efficiency across HR services.
- Auditing of all HR data, to ensure all information is accurate and up to date.
- Acting as the first point of contact for all HR queries and actioning where necessary, consulting with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Assistance with low-level employee relations cases.
- Schedule training, and support alongside HR Manager to enhance the learning platform.
Skills and Experience Required
- Previous experience working within an HR Assistant role.
- Strong administrative skills, and strong knowledge across all MS Office Packages.
- Ability to manage a high-volume workload with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to demonstrate pro-active thinking and professionalism.
