We're in search of a versatile and enthusiastic Viewing Assistant to become a part of our team. This role involves interacting with potential buyers at various properties, leading them through viewings, addressing basic inquiries, and relaying more complex questions to our agents. The position offers flexible workdays, primarily focusing on weekends, with occasional weekday opportunities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct property viewings, ensuring a welcoming and informative experience for potential buyers.
- Respond to basic inquiries about the property and escalate more complex questions to the office.
- Collect and return keys from the office as needed.
- Offer initial feedback post-viewings.
- Uphold professionalism and deliver top-notch customer service consistently.
- Flexibility to cover Stamford and surrounding areas, mainly focusing on weekend viewings.

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English written and verbal.
- Have good local knowledge of Stamford and the surrounding villages.
- Customer-centric approach with a friendly demeanor.
- Dependable and capable of working independently.
- Availability to primarily work weekends, with occasional weekday shifts.
- Own transportation for commuting between viewings is a must.
- Genuine interest in the property market.
- Prior experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- DBS check required
