**What will the apprentice be doing?**

The position of Apprentice Delivery Associate involves working alongside our Head of Building Envelopes from our office in Warrington city centre.

**Job responsibilities**
- Use of our CRM system
- Use of job boards
- Learn and develop the use of LinkedIn Recruiter - Projects, Searches, Messages etc.
- Have a willingness to learn more about the building envelope sector - Facades, Roofing, Cladding, Consultancy etc.

**Must have**
- Maths and English GCSE grade C or above (or equivalent) AND produce the certificates
- Eligible to work in the UK

**Personal attributes**
- Attention to detail
- Confidence
- Excellent time management skills
- Eagerness to learn

**What training will the apprentice receive?**

You will receive fantastic training working alongside our Head of Building Envelopes as well as a 6-weekly call with a qualified recruitment mentor. You will spend 6 hours a week to complete weekly project work and training logs.

**What qualification will you receive at the end?**

Certificate in Recruitment Resourcing (CertRR)

NVQ Certificate in Recruitment Resourcing

Level 2 Apprenticeship Standard

**Additional information**

This job is based from our office in Warrington city centre and you will be required to work the following hours. Every Friday you will work from home. A company laptop/phone will be provided.

Monday-Wednesday 8.30-17.30 (1 hour lunch)

Thursday 8.30-16.00 (30-minute lunch)

Friday 8.30-15.00 (30-minute lunch)

**Job Type**: Apprenticeship

**Salary**: £6.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
