Lignum, a dynamic and innovative recruitment company, is seeking a highly motivated individual to take on the role of Recruitment Resourcer as part of our Level 3 Recruitment Apprenticeship Programme.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize external databases and information sources to gather client and candidate information, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date records.
- Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn and other job boards, leveraging our CRM system for effective management.
- Cleanse and update existing data using contact methods and automation, ensuring seamless candidate matching.
- Develop and post effective job adverts to attract top talent.
- Match candidates to job specifications, pre-qualify candidates, and secure the right to represent.
- Prepare candidate packs and facilitate the recruitment process, liaising with hiring managers as needed.
- Debrief candidates at key stages and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
Requirements
- Grade C/4 or above in GCSE Maths and English or level 2 in functional skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Sales-driven and results-focused, with a motivated and proactive approach.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
