Job Opportunity:

Lignum, a dynamic and innovative recruitment company, is seeking a highly motivated individual to take on the role of Recruitment Resourcer as part of our Level 3 Recruitment Apprenticeship Programme. Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize external databases and information sources to gather client and candidate information, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date records.
  • Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn and other job boards, leveraging your sales-driven approach to achieve results.
  • Cleanse and update existing data using contact methods and automation, ensuring the highest level of data quality.
  • Develop and post effective job adverts that attract top talent.
  • Match candidates to job specifications, pre-qualify candidates, and secure the right to represent them.
  • Prepare candidate packs and guide candidates through the recruitment process.
  • Liaise with hiring managers to coordinate interviews and other recruitment activities.
  • Debrief candidates at key stages and provide them with package and onboarding details.
  • Manage vacancy workflow through Bullhorn and collaborate with business development functions.

Requirements:

  • Grade C/4 or above in GCSE Maths and English or level 2 in functional skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Sales-driven and results-focused, with a motivated and proactive approach.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail and proficiency in using Microsoft Office.
