**Rail Consultants** required for successful Business Travel company based in Manchester to start ASAP.
Due to growth this business travel company are looking for someone with previous rail experience either from a BT or corporate Travel background or simply from a rail reservations background.
This is initially a temporary role but may have scope for permanency in the future, with 3 months work available at present.

**Rail Consultant experience required**:

- Experience from a rail or business travel or corporate travel background having touched on Rail
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail

**Rail Consultant roles and responsibilities**:

- Dealing with a mixture of client accounts that require rail reservations to be made or changed
- Responsible for the end to end booking process for all rail travellers
- Providing excellent customer service to clients
- Resolve and deal with client queries and work within the client agreed SLA's
