We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a strong foundation in railway safety to join our expanding team.
In this exciting role, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional Rail Systems Assurance and Independent Safety Audit/Advice services to our clients.
Responsibilities: Leverage your engineering expertise to influence the design, operation, and maintenance of complex rail systems, ensuring technical risk identification, communication, and management .
Uphold the highest safety standards by providing proportionate and effective safety advice tailored to project complexity.
Lead and coach junior team members , fostering their professional development.
Contribute to business development activities , exploring new opportunities and building strong client relationships.
Qualifications: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering, Safety or Science.
Proven experience in systems assurance delivery .
Proven knowledge of Rail and International System Safety standards (EN50126, EN50128, EN50129).
Expertise in Functional Safety (SIL) and Systems Safety methodologies (GSN, hazard logs, HAZOP, FMECA, Bow Tie).
Demonstrated experience in the railway industry is a plus.
Skills: Strong customer focus with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to develop creative commercial strategies and manage projects effectively.
Highly organized, self-motivated, and adaptable with a team player spirit.
Eagerness to learn and apply knowledge to new domains.
