We are currently recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Administrator to join our industrial client based in West Bromwich. If you have similar experience we would love to hear from you

**Duties**:

- Raising purchase orders.
- Matching delivery notes.
- Reconciling statements.
- Providing an excellent customer service when speaking with clients.
- Taking inbound calls.
- Registering and approving purchase invoices.
- Booking in.
- Greeting visitors.
- Undertaking general administration.

**Requirements**:

- Good administrative skills.
- Organised.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Able to confidentially use Microsoft programmes.
