**The role**

Working within the Mortgage and Protection team, your role will be to support the advisers and ensure the smooth delivery of customer service and client communication. You will be onboarding new clients and liaising with existing ones to update them on theprogress of their cases.

Duties will include:

- Processing new business through to completion.
- Managing client service requests to ensure 100% satisfaction.
- Maintaining client files and keeping clients updated through the process.
- Arranging reviews and preparing documentation.
- Research mortgage and protection options to assist the brokers.
- Attending client meetings and taking notes when required.

**Essential Skills**
- Two years + mortgage administration experience.
- CeMAP preferred or the desire to become qualified.

- Excellent communication skills and able to build client trust and confidence.
- Strong attention to detail, an organised approach and able to prioritise and remain calm under pressure.
- Good overall knowledge of mortgage lender and protection criteria and compliance.
- Good Microsoft and diary management skills.
