**Responsibilities**:

- Process supplier invoices accurately and promptly.
- Match invoices with purchase orders and ensure complete documentation.
- Verify invoice details for accuracy, including prices and payment terms.
- Respond professionally and promptly to supplier inquiries, resolving issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams for invoice authorization and coding.
- Maintain up-to-date supplier records, including contact info and terms.
- Assist with payment runs, including proposals, cheques, BACS, and online transactions.
- Contribute to month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Support audits with necessary documentation and explanations.
- Provide ideas for streamlining and automating purchase ledger activities.

**Requirements**:
Experience in Purchase Ledger or accounts payable roles.
- Solid understanding of purchase ledger processes.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Outstanding organizational and time management abilities.
- Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance.
