Previous experience of working with children or young people is advantageous but not essential. To join us and be successful in this role as a Trainee Cover Supervisor in Stroud, you will need to:

- Have experience of working with young people aged 11-16 (preferable but not essential if you have the right attitude and personality).
- Have A Levels (preferably) in English, Maths, Science, Business, Drama, Psychology, Humanities or Sports based
- Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable), and professional reference checks (which we can assist with)
- CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible
- Legal right to work in the UK
