We are delighted to present the opportunity to join our Adviser / Supervisor training programme. This is a new programme designed to last 2 years. The post(s) are intended as a career opportunity which could lead to professional progression within the service.

You will be expected to attend outreach locations as well as our main offices in Cirencester and Stroud; and on completion of the Generalist Adviser Certificate of Competence you can opt to work in accordance with our hybrid working policy.

Dependent on progress, aptitude, and organisational need, year two could be spent giving a blend of advice and supervision, working as a generalist adviser on one of our projects, or training to be a specialist caseworker.
