Head Barista/supervisor

Hi baristas,

coffee culture and roastery is a new independent coffee house and roastery in malvern. We've got coffeehouses in droitwich, Ledbury and malvern. We are looking for a passionate head barista for our new Ledbury coffee lounge.

**Please note**:We require someone with speciality coffee / third wave coffee experience or enthusiasm. We are a speciality coffee business and really need someone with passion for all things coffee at a high level

We are looking for enthusiastic, disciplined & experienced barista to join our team at Ledbury. You got to demonstrate experience as a skilld barista - that’s understanding brewing and calibration of espresso coffee to a good level and good milk quality /latte art.

Obvious Perks of free coffee and tea on shift as well as lunch provided on shift too. You also get free bags of coffee to use at home This role can expand into a head barista role for malvern and potentially learning to roast coffee.

We like warm and welcoming people to work within the small but humour filled team. you won’t be treated like a robot or a corporate number parking is provided at the store and can be flexible hours but must be able to work weekends.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £11.50 per hour

Expected hours: 32 - 40 per week
