We take all their sourcing, purchasing, stocking and component management pain away to focus on making and selling products.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales/Administration Assistant to join the Airdrie team in a permanent position to support the business. If you have a strong work ethic and are highly motivated to be part of a dynamic, growing company we are looking for you

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Work independently or as part of a team to meet and exceed business unit sales and margin targets.
- Meet customer deadlines
- Maximise all leads and opportunities.
- Handling of general enquiries, Identify suppliers, source, create, and follow-up quotations, sample requests and enquiries.
- Personal development of relevant product knowledge and sales skills.

**Key Skills**
- Organisational and analytical skills
- Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
- Outbound customer calling or telesales experience
- Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines
- Communication skills should be of a high standard with the ability to liaise with customers and colleagues at all levels.
- Good attention to detail
- Computer literate with experience in Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook.
- Strong organisational and follow-up skills
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated, determined and committed, with a willingness to go the extra mile to meet deadlines.

**Experience**
- Minimum 2 years’ experience within a Sales/Administration role
