**Experience and Background**:
Enthusiasm and a desire to work in retail, with a specific interest in flooring products
Understanding of high standards of customer service, especially in the context of flooring sales
Team player with experience in achieving common goals within a sales environment
Ideally, experience in retail, sales service, or customer-facing roles within the flooring industry
Familiarity with handling cash, credit, and till systems is desirable
