A position has become available within our client’s internal sales office.
Duties include:
1. Administration of Orders and Schedules
2. Offering solutions to customer’s issues, this may include an alternative part, quoting with a proactive mindset to offer a wider range of products to maximise sales
3. Telesales
4. Liaising with other departments (Purchasing, Production, External Team) to determine the best possible offer that can be made to the customer
5. Build relationships with customers
6. Responsibilities as outlined in H&S Policy
**Skills Required**:
1. Proven experience in the hydraulics industry (essential)
2. Product knowledge essential (this is a must for this role)
3. SAP/Microsoft office experience preferred, but training can be given
37.5 hours a week (Monday - Friday)
**Benefits**
On site parking
23 days holidays (plus 1 day extra every 5 years)
Company pension contribution as per government legislation

**Salary**: £27,000.00-£31,000.00 per year
