Elevation Recruitment Group are currently recruiting with a key client in their search for an Internal Sales Administrator.

The successful Sales Administrator will be the first point of contact for customers and work as a liaison between the external sales team and them. This requires a proactive go-getter, with great attention to detail and the ability to learn quickly.

As an Internal Sales Administrator you will be responsible for:

- Processing all sales orders for the team
- Inputting and updating prospect/customer/quote information into the CRM system
- Collating information regarding more complex work and liaising with the technical team in order to provide a quotation to the client
- Processing quotes into projects via the CRM system: including collating project information and ensuring projects are ready to book in, allocating site work to engineers, diary management, confirming bookings with clients and invoicing
- Managing deadlines and liaising with various departments to ensure timely project delivery and managing customer expectations
- Releasing technical reports when complete and requesting reviews from customers

Requirements for the Internal Sales Administrator:

- Experienced sales administrator from a technical background - desirable
- Excellent planning and organisational skills
- Clear and concise communication skills, both verbal and written
- A minimum of 1 years' experience in a similar role
