**What does a Marketing Placement Student actually do?**

As a Marketing Placement Student, you will collaborate closely with the European performance marketing team, responsible for campaigns and digital and the regional and partner marketing leaders.

You will work alongside the performance marketing team and our media agency to shape and execute the digital media plan, including display advertising, content syndication, paid social and more. You will gain an in-depth understanding of how these tactics translate into tangible business outcomes. You will also develop and maintain a content strategy for our employee social advocacy platform, ensuring we are using all levers available to communicate and proliferate the Box message to our target audience.

Partners are a key avenue to grow a business. You will support the EMEA partner marketing leader to develop and maintain a communications program ensuring all Box partners are engaged and educated on the Box value proposition.

The regional marketing team works in close partnership with our sales and GTM leaders ensuring that our messaging and tactics will resonate in their local market. You will support the DACH marketing leader to plan and execute events and activities, track follow up, and analyse results.

**What does that mean day to day?**
- Attend weekly calls with our creative and media agencies.
- Support with the setup and execution of our digital media activities, including coordinating ad creation, setting up correct tracking and reporting to the EMEA team on the success of these tactics.
- Drive the EMEA social advocacy program: set up and review content in our advocacy tool, attend quarterly calls with our success managers and communicate the importance of the program to the wider sales teams.
- Become the team go-to person to support for administrative tasks, creative brainstorms and other - every day is different

**Attention to detail-** Everybody makes mistakes, even the most detail oriented employee. You will be detail oriented by nature, able to fail fast and prioritise effectively ensuring quality on sometimes tight deadlines.

To be eligible you must be an undergraduate student in a placement year course returning to study Autumn 2024, you also will need to have the right to work in UK already in place.

If you are studying something Marketing related it would be a plus, however from experience you don't need a specific degree background to be successful as a placement student in box.
