As we continue our transformation journey, you will be supporting the International and UK team across all elements of the Tender and New Product Development process, with opportunities to own system set up and support with analytics and supplier onboarding.- A key member of the team, you will need to be a self-starter who can work autonomously, confidently handling large data sets, multiple projects within a fast-paced environment and an affinity for Excel and management systems is a must- The Role

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supporting the OL Sourcing team with all aspects of the tender process for commodity Vitamin, Herbs, Mineral and supplement bulks and packaging, ensuring excellent attention to detail and on-time delivery.
- Managing product set up and ensuring cost prices and supplier details are accurately maintained through our management systems.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure alignment in sourcing activities.
- Coordinating with the supply chain and International team,and our own packaging facility for timely product delivery
- Tracking open contracts to support full visibility of current position, mitigate risks and identify areas for cost improvements.
- To assist in the management of critical paths to delivery NPD/EPD within agreed timescales.
- Implementing and owning processes to ensure effective ways of working.
- Producing monthly/qtrly analysis to track supplier performance against KPI's.
- Monitoring/tracking commodity ingredients within the marketplace.

**Location: 1-2 days based in Nuneaton Head office. This is a 9 month Fixed Term Contract.**

- Driven to continuously improve ways of working.
- Able to build relations with both suppliers and internal cross functional teams.
- IT literate including proficiency in Excel, must be confident in using and maintaining spreadsheets.
- A good communicator with strong time management skills
- Optimistic and open minded to change.

**Technical Skills**:

- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritise and overall time management.
- Experience of using Excel and management systems.
