Production Administrator

One of our very well-established clients of over 50 years in Clacton on Sea are growing and on the lookout for a Production Administrator to support them. This is a busy and varied position and will require high levels of organisation and attention to detail.

You will work closely with the production and office teams. We love working with this client as it truly is a great place to work

The team are a friendly, welcoming and passionate who like to get involved in charity events and giving back to the local community.

Main responsibilities of the role:

- Day to day sales order processing
- Scheduling
- Raising works and purchase orders.
- Liaising with various departments daily, so strong communication skills are a must.
- Liaise with sales offices and internal departments regarding order updates, like delays/ changes to acknowledged dispatch dates.
- Customer requests for improved delivery.

Attributes for this role:

- Be organised and able to plan and prioritise own workload.
- Have high levels of attention to detail
- Be able to work independently and assist other departments when needed.

Ideally will have previous experience with MS Office packages including Word and Excel. Sage X3 experience is desired but not a necessity as all training will be given.

Monday to Friday 37.5 hour week
