Bioline AgroSciences Ltd is a global company that produces and markets biological control products which are used for control of pests and diseases in a wide variety of crops. We provide the highest quality products and service to support growers in maintaining the quality of their produce.
**Role purpose**:
Responsible for managing purchase requests, orders, deliveries and invoices by:
- Communicating with the Production, Forecasting and Customer Service teams
- Processing daily/weekly stock and resale requests from P&P Manager and Demand Coordinator
- Processing purchase requests from other departments
- Placing and administration of orders
- Tracking the invoicing of orders
- Reporting all key information to the teams
- To assist with duties as part of the administrational support throughout the business unit, eg assisting on arranging staff events, updating notice boards and managing promotional material etc.
**Accountabilities**
- To manage, report, review and use SAP B1 and the MRP
- To assist in the management of production consumable requirement
- To manage office material requirements
- To manage petty cash, credit card and online purchases
- To assist in the management of stock holding levels on site and with third parties
- To ensure all relevant Business Partners are up to date with all relevant information
- To provide forecasts to suppliers
- To coordinate with QC, QA, Production, CS and Forecasting
- To work within the P&P team and to cover team duties when necessary
**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**:

- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Planning and organising skills
- IT Skills including MS Office and SAP B1
- Effective administrational and organisational skills in context of flexible and dynamic situations
- The ability to interact with people at all levels within/external to the Company
- The ability to prioritise own workload

Additional information

Please note that this role is office based at a rural location, so your own transport is advisable.
