**The Company**:
A leading logistics company with an established reputation in the driving industry, are offering a great opportunity for a Transport Administrator to join them on a temporary to permanent basis.

The office is very busy and full of various types of personnel from Directors, to drivers, to shop floor workers and fellow office staff.

**The Opportunity**:
Situated from their depot in Avonmouth, Bristol (BS11) the company are looking for an extra member to join their busy and vibrant office.

They are looking for someone to carry out Traffic Clerk duties alongside helping to load some of the vans on site.

The general duties will be:

- Excel data inputting
- De-briefing drivers on their routes
- Understanding why drivers have bought deliveries back from their day and why - inputting this online.
- Dealing with the drivers/answering questions

You will be working 45 hours per week with the start times at 11:30am to 20:00 finish.

You will be paid £12.01 per hour.

The company are looking for someone who is outgoing, happy to speak to all different types of people in various situations and ideally this person would be looking for a long-term career with progression, as the company are willing to put you through your forklift drivers so you are able to help load more vehicles.

Key Requirements:

- Experience in Microsoft Word & Excel
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- The knowledge and initiative to solve basic problems and make routine decisions
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
- UK Driving licence
