We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Youth and Community Coach. This role is an integral part of Street League’s Glasgow team and will play a key role in delivering both sports sessions and sports-related qualifications on the Street League Academy.

Here at Street League, sport is at the heart of what we do and is what makes us successful. We support young people holistically, recognising the inextricable links between wellbeing, health and employment.

**Role**: You will be responsible for the delivery of Street League’s programmes, in which you will deliver a range of engagement activities to a group of Street League participants focused on sport, fitness, personal development and wellbeing. The Youth and Community Coach will also work in partnership with our devoted Progressions Coordinators to deliver and administer Street League’s core programmes. The post involves outreach work, and you will be responsible for recruiting participants and sustaining them on Street League’s programmes to ensure delivery targets are met.

You will maintain partnerships with referral agencies and develop further partnerships with stakeholders to ensure suitable future opportunities for our participants. Monitoring and reporting are essential to this role.

**Key Details**:
Salary - Starting salary of £23,000.

**Work Pattern**: Full-time (36.25 hours per week)

**Location**: Glasgow

**Contract**: Fixed-term until April 2024.
