Motus Commercials is an approved DAF Truck dealership located in **Cumbernauld** and is on the lookout for a dedicated and knowledgeable DAF **Parts Advisor**. As our new **Parts Person**, you will join our friendly team which will see you **working 45 hours a week over the course of 5 days Monday to Friday between the hours of 7.30am - 19.30pm with Saturday mornings included to cover the business needs plus call out and stand by on a rota** within our approved DAF dealership.

As a **Parts Person** at Motus Commercials in **Cumbernauld** we will be looking for you to be able to demonstrate:

- Experience working with Commercial Vehicle parts.
- Minimum 1 years’ experience
- Kerridge experience desirable.
- Display a high level of customer service.
- IT Literacy
- Brilliant levels of communication written or verbal
- Enthusiastic, Team Player, Flexible.

Main duties will be:
We require an experienced **Parts Advisor** who can provide a thorough service to our customers internally and externally to ensure our automotive customers vehicles are back on road within the shortest time possible.
- To undertake training within the Parts Department and at our manufacturer partners
- Dealing with DAF/TRP & VW
- Identify the internal and external customer vehicle parts requirements using state of the art manufacturer systems to keep the wheels on the industry turning.
- Stock management to maintain correct stock profiles for customer requirements.
- To drive the sales of seasonal products and deliver first class customer service to upsell products.
- To understand key performance targets and support your colleagues and team to achieve them.
- To understand and provide excellent customer service through various communication methods.
- To become a Brilliant Team member within the Parts Department
- To embrace all opportunities of learning and developing alongside some of our Brilliant Parts Sales Advisors.
- To respect the property of the Company and any property for which the Company is responsible, or which is in their care.
- To assist with general housekeeping duties required within the parts department.
