With over 30 years in the furniture industry, we have a great reputation and track record for specifying and delivering design-led projects on time and within budget for blue chip companies and more recently the Education sector (Higher Education).
This role provides administration support for Customer & Sales Team, ensuring approved client orders are placed on our supply chain, delivered and installed on time and on budget.

Duties Include
CUSTOMER SERVICES
- Receive client orders from internal Sales Team
- Use Trello as your order checklist, this is a type of KanBan software
- Prioritise supplier ordering (what’s urgent)
- Place Supplier Purchase Orders update Order & Delivery Schedule
- Issue customer deposit invoices
- Check supplier acknowledgements - Price/date/product
- Chasing missing or revised Acknowledgments
- Liaise with Sales if any Ack issues are uncovered - Product pricing/margin
- Liaise with client & installation crews for availability.
- Raising Project packs for installation team
- Capture snagging and ensure closure
Required skills
- Enthusiastic, reliable, self-motivated and dependable
- Ability to work in a small team, a team player
- Organised and able to prioritise tasks/ excellent time management
- Ability to work under pressure often to multiple tight deadlines
- Excellent customer service & communication skills
- High level of written communication desired
- Attention to detail
- Good computer skills : Outlook, Excel and Powerpoint essential
- Willingness to learn new skills as systems and needs develop
- Interests in Design desirable
- Interests in Sales desirable
- Previous office furniture experience is desirable but not required
**Salary**: £20,535.00-£25,000.00 per year
