Payroll & Benefits Advisor - Leatherhead - £37,000
**Your new company**We are currently recruiting for an experienced payroll advisor to be part of a systems and engineering technology. This role will require you to accurately input the monthly payroll submission for the UK and Australia offices, and to submit in a timely fashionto the respective contact for processing the payroll.
**Your new role**To ensure payroll processing is completed each month for our payrolls in the UK and Australia. Working collaboratively with the core HR Operations team to ensure all starters, leavers and employee pay changes are accurately captured in the next available payrun. Additionally, supporting pay queries from our employees and escalating as required to HR Operations Lead, HRBP and/or Finance for resolution.
- Ensure all pay related changes are processed
- All new joiners are processed
- All leavers are processed
- Associates' hours are input for payment
- Work closely with our Payroll Specialist at ADP to ensure the smooth running of the monthly payroll
- Pull all final reports from ADP and provide these to the Head of Finance for approval
- Commit the payroll and provide Finance with the final figures
- Work closely with HR Operations Team and the HR Analyst to ensure all payroll has been further checked prior to approval

**What you'll need to succeed**To be successful for this role you must have:

- Significant payroll experience and well-developed payroll skills with a strong understanding of UK payroll legislation and pay types.
- Strong relationship building skills and customer service ethos to maintain positive working relationships with stakeholders, including Finance, HRBPs and HR Operations team
- Excellent attention to detail to effectively manage our payrolls in a professional and confidential manner, in line with the GDPR 2018 regulations.
- Experience of P11D preparation, handling pay queries, annual bonus payments and annual company pay review
