**Your new company**
A world leader within their industry based in Bournemouth, offering hybrid working (3 days in the office, 2 days a week from home). They are based in a purpose built head office facility, with a great working environment and ample parking onsite.
You will be working in a busy finance department, for a business who are passionate about having an environment where everyone feels valued and able to reach their full potential.
**Your new role**
As a Payroll Assistant, you will support the day-to-day functions of the Payroll Department with processing the monthly payroll including; collating hours, discussing discrepancies, ensuring shift rates and other details are correct on the system, processingnew starter & leavers and dealing with any payroll queries. During quiet points you will also assist the wider finance team with purchase ledger processing and ad hoc tasks.
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Some previous experience within Payroll Admin.
- A "can do, will do" attitude and desire to learn.
- Ideally, you will be enthusiastic, well organised, diligent, and able to work to strict deadlines whilst paying attention to detail and working both as an individual and as part of a small team.
