**Your new company**
You will be joining a well-established and respectable organisation in the local Bournemouth area who have been experiencing consistent growth. They are an emergent and diversifying organisation focused on delivering outstanding service. This is an ongoingtemporary assignment.
**Your new role**
You will be reporting to the Payroll Supervisor and assisting the wider payroll team ensuring that payroll is processed efficiently, and salaries are paid accurately. The role will involve processing monthly pay, additional hours pay and reconciling staff monthlyreturns. You will be required to produce payroll reports and complete the administration of time sheets and staff travel/mileage. Processing starters, leavers, pension schemes etc is also an important specification of this role as well as calculating and processingholiday, sickness and other absences. You will be making relevant deductions for pensions, student loans etc. and responding to queries in a timely manner
**What you'll need to succeed**
You will have a keen eye for detail and be able to take initiative and work efficiently on your own as well as in a team. You will also need to have good communication skills, be an enthusiastic team player and liaise effectively with others. Previous experiencein a similar position and computer literacy is essential.
