3 days per week - Wednesday to Friday, 8.30am - 5.00pm (30 min break)

We have an exciting opportunity for a well organised and efficient administrator to join our school office team as a HR and Payroll Administrator.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join us from 1st September 2024.

The main purpose of this role is to provide specialist Human Resources (HR) and Payroll administration to the school, maintaining adherence to current legislation and regulations, meeting all deadlines and high standards of accuracy at all times.

The role will include: preparing and checking the monthly payroll for school staff, making salary/contract changes on our payroll system Strictly Education, preparing contracts of employment, carrying out and collating employment checks, maintaining the School Central Register, processing staff leavers, as well as other school office administration.

You will need to have previous experience in payroll and human resources administration.
